Tavvy Speech Therapy Services is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality, play-based, and individualized therapy to pediatric clients. The SLP will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, deliver engaging therapy sessions, and collaborate with families to support carryover at home. This is a flexible, part-time 1099 opportunity ideal for an SLP who values autonomy, creativity, and meaningful relationships with clients. Sessions take place in a supportive, low-pressure environment where quality of care is prioritized over productivity quotas. You’ll have the freedom to plan engaging, child-led sessions while receiving mentorship and support as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field

• Active Florida SLP license

• Experience and strong clinical knowledge in pediatric speech and language disorders

Position Details

• 1099 contractor position

• Part-time with opportunity to grow caseload if desired

• In-person services provided in office and local preschools

• Sessions are 30, 45, or 60 minutes and paid per visit

Compensation Range (per visit):

• 30 minutes: $27.50–$29.00

• 45 minutes: $41.25–$43.50

• 60 minutes: $55.00–$58.00
