Tavvy Speech Therapy Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide client-centered, play-based therapy services to pediatric clients. The OT will evaluate and treat children with a variety of developmental needs, collaborate with families and team members, and support functional skill development through meaningful activities. Ideal candidates are creative, flexible, and passionate about helping children thrive.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

• Valid Florida DOH OTR/L license and current NBCOT certification

• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric clinical experience preferred

• Strong background in sensory processing, motor development, and functional skill acquisition

• Commitment to evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming, child-centered, and family-centered care

• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, collaboration, and communication skills

• Flexible, organized, positive, and committed to ongoing professional growth

Position Details

• 1099 contractor position

• Part-time with opportunity to grow caseload if desired

• In-person services provided in office and local preschools

• Sessions are 30, 45, or 60 minutes and paid per visit

Compensation Range (per visit):

• 30 minutes: $27.50–$29.00

• 45 minutes: $41.25–$43.50

• 60 minutes: $55.00–$58.00
