Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I know if my child needs therapy?

If you are unsure if your child needs therapy, contact us today to set up a free screening and consultation.

  • Do I need a referral from my physician?

A referral is not required for an evaluation or to begin therapy.

  • Where is therapy provided?

We provide flexibility with the location of our sessions and can conduct sessions in the home, via Telehealth, or in the community.

  • Do you take insurance?

We do not currently participate in or submit directly to insurance plans. This allows us to provide individualized treatment plans with better and faster progress with the added benefits of greater family involvement, increased privacy, and longer individual sessions. Interventions are tailored to meet the needs of the child without third party involvement. Additionally, we are able to provide transparent pricing.

  • What is a Superbill?

Depending on your out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance. A Superbill is a receipt of services that have already been rendered. We highly recommend calling your insurance provider to see if they will reimburse you for the services. Be sure to ask your provider:

~ Do I have an out-of-network deductible to meet first?

~ Do I have out-of-network speech therapy benefits?

~ Am I eligible for full reimbursement of the speech services?

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, or credit card.
